On the RealMac Software support page, their are links to various resources including the community forums, free videos (screencasts) and PDF user manuals. Combined, these resources cover just about all there is to know about RapidWeaver.
Most developers of third-party plugins provide support for using their own products. This is either in the form of a user guide, FAQ section or contact form. There are also a number of third-party support resources available including videos, how-to articles, podcasts and blogs. A Google search will often yield useful resources.
As ever, if you are posting on a forum or sending an email regarding a support issue, it is important to include as much information relating to the problem as possible including details of actions you have taken so far, screen shots or URL’s to published sites. Including as much information as possible ensures you receive a quick and accurate reply.
